 This immense brace
is the largest that Millers Falls made. It is in near fine
condition with 99% finishes. It is mechanically excellent.
The cocobolo handles have the standard red lacquer finish that is as
close to perfect as it gets.The chuck is the Hold-All variety, designed to hold any shape of bit within its grasp, including No.1 Morse Taper shanks, auger bits, and round bits from 1/8 inch to 1/2 inch diameter. One minor apology: I just noticed that someone has replaced one of the ratchet pawl pivot pins, in the process making some unobtrusive file marks. There are no other dings or marks on the metal. |
