This style sometimes preferred as possessing greater strength than "B" pattern straight column. Steel spindles, counter-
balanced, has quick return; bored for Morse Twist Drill Taper; lower end fitted with oil reservoir, keeping washers between spindle and sleeve constantly lubricated; table carefully fitted and turns in bracket arm, which raises and lowers and swings on column; is held in central position by steel taper pin when used with boring bar; four section driving cones, back-geared, giving 8 changes of speed to spindles.
