Charles the Second Peter & Nicholas Massey Whereas the Records to All Persons etc Know Ye that for Patent for 200 acres, and in consideration that Peter Massey and Nicholas Massey of Kent County have due unto therm two hundred acres of land within our Province being due to them by Virtue of a Warrant for that quantity granted to the said Peter and Nicholas the sixteenth day of September 1717 as appears in our Land Office and upon such conditions and terms as are expressed in our conditions of plantations of our said Province bearing date the fifth day of April 1684 and remaining upon Record in our said Province together with such alteration as in them are made by our further condition bearing date of of the 4th day of December 1696 and Registered in our Land Office of our said province.
