Saw-06 - Henry Disston and Son (singular) No.7 crosscut saw.
Made only in the period around 1871-1875, as a second son was born in 1876.
26 inch blade, 8 points, filed crosscut. Split nuts. Condition of blade: straight, smooth and sharp; minor pitting on both sides. Has nib. No missing teeth.
Each saw that I've listed here has been conservatively cleaned with a dull chisel, followed by fine steel wool to remove the red rust and accumulated dirt.  Some of the saws have been straightened with a saw doctor's hammer and anvil.  All should cut freely without binding or undue friction.
