Craftsman-marked, Millers Falls No.1 eggbeater drill; 
Type 13 - Make & model number stamped near the hub on the straight-sided crank.  User-made replacement main handle.  Side handle is the smaller, rounded Hot-Air-Balloon design.  The hub into which it is threaded has a steel insert.  The Star pattern, protected-spring, 3-jaw chuck has the long body but a nattily tapered back.  But the real story is that the back-side wiper is gone, even though the provision for it is still on the frame.  The main gear is a solid design, similar to the No.77  models.
