Craftsman-marked,
Millers Falls No.1 eggbeater drill;
Type 14 - Make
& model number stamped near the hub on the straight-sided crank. Thickly
red lacquered main handle, which reverts back to the shape of the former
rosewood main handle. Side handle lost, but once threaded into a
steel insert in the frame. The Star pattern, protected-spring, 3-jaw
chuck has the long body. But the real story is that the back-side wiper
is gone, even though the provision for it is still on the frame. The main
gear is a solid design, similar to the No.77A models with three pegs.
Hardwood crank knob has a rounded shape.
