Millers Falls logo and style number are now stamped straddling the affixing
screw of the crank; and the steel center is back in the enlarged center
boss in the frame for securely holding the newly reshaped side handle.
The Star pattern, protected-spring, 3-jaw chuck is here again as well,
but with a longer body. Notice that the spindle oil hole has been
moved closer to the frame hub.
